Do you feel overwhelmed, stuck, or unsure where to turn next?
You might feel misunderstood, disconnected from yourself, or simply tired of trying to manage everything on your own. You deserve a space where you can talk openly without judgment and begin to make sense of what you’re experiencing.
In our work together, we’ll explore what’s getting in the way and help you build practical skills to feel more grounded in your relationships, work, and daily life. My approach is supportive, collaborative, and paced to fit what you need – whether that’s understanding your emotions, noticing patterns, or finding steps that feel manageable.
I’m a grounded, thoughtful therapist who works with adults and young adults navigating anxiety, depression, ADHD, and relationship or family stress. These are the concerns I work with most often, but I’m also comfortable supporting people with a variety of other challenges. My approach is flexible and focused on what feels most helpful for you. I draw from CBT, DBT, mindfulness, psychodynamic therapy, and IFS-informed parts work, and I adapt what we use based on your needs and pace. My goal is to create a space where you can understand yourself more clearly and feel more steady in your daily life.
